Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To begin a return, please contact us at info@coziegames.com. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize the refund.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@coziegames.com and we will assist you with the next steps.
